We do not warranty any item(s) in its description(s) or its condition as may need unknown repairs or may be missing unknown parts/accessories.

All sales are FINAL. No purchased Goods may be returned and no requests for reimbursement in whole or in part will be accepted.

Inspection and Pick-Up:

Shipping is available for this item(s) and/or it must be picked up at 3045 Pitt Street, Cornwall, Ontario K6K-1A9 by the successful bidder or their authorized representative.

24 Hours’ Notice is required for viewing and picking up of item(s).

It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to arrange for the removal of the item(s).

All shipping is optional. Shipping and related costs are in addition to your bid price.

Cash payments made to Anything Goes Auction and Liquidation, or its affiliate Fence Depot, must be for the exact amount on invoice.

The Purchaser agrees to make any payment requested by Anything Goes Auction & Liquidation, or its affiliate Fence Depot, within 3 business days from the date of such request and prior to removal of any of the property.

Purchaser is responsible to supply manpower and proper equipment to load item(s).

This sale is subject to all applicable federal and provincial sales taxes in Canada.

Taxes are in addition to your bid price.

Removal:

The Purchaser, upon acceptance of this offer by Anything Goes Auction & Liquidation, or its affiliate Fence Depot, and after payment in full has been received by Anything Goes Auction & Liquidation, or its affiliate Fence Depot, shall at the Purchaser’s expense, pack, load and remove the property by the date indicated on the bill of sale or if no date is shown, within 5 business days, after the date the bill of sale is issued.
