Warranty Information - Anything Goes Auction & Liquidation

All goods (except items or lots represented "AS IS") purchased from Anything Goes Auction & Liquidation has a 14 (fourteen) day warranty from either the point of pickup at our warehouse or point of delivery (if item is being shipped directly to the customer).

Anything Goes Auction & Liquidation is an unauthorized re-seller of goods, items or lots. Any goods, items or lots sold by Anything Goes Auction & Liquidation are not covered by any manufacturers' warranties.

Returns are accepted when the goods, items or lots are not as described (defective, missing parts, incomplete, has an issue not mentioned or not authentic) AND the goods, items or lots are returned within that 14 (fourteen) day period with proof of purchase. The Authorization For Return Form must be completed and approved before Return of the goods, items or lots is returned. Anything Goes Auction & Liquidation will not consider returns of goods, items and lots that are assembled, used or missing the packaging that they were sold with. *PLEASE NOTE - If you choose to not follow our Authorization For Return protocol i.e.: repairing an item or ordering other parts without prior authorization, you will not be reimbursed for those expenses incurred and you may not be credited for the goods, items or lots itself.

In the interest of making the Authorization for Return protocol as efficient as possible, Anything Goes Auction & Liquidation asks that you provide as much evidence as possible to verify your claim, photo or video, available to accompany your return so that we may use this as reference during the process. For example, issues sometimes occur with items after they run for a period of time and having a video of a TV turning off due to over-heating would be helpful to determine the defect. Anything Goes Auction & Liquidation may require the customer to leave the item for a period of time to review and test the item in order to verify the issue that is cause for return.

If there are extenuating circumstances preventing a return within this timeline, Anything Goes Auction & Liquidation must receive and acknowledge communication prior to the end of the warranty period in order to determine the best solution that is acceptable to both parties.
